There is a flat shipping fee of $6.95 for your complete order shipped to one address within the continental U.S.A.  All orders over $100.00 get free shipping.  There might be an additional charge for heavier, big sized items such as furniture.   We will advise you of any extra charges prior to shipping.

If you would like an ordered shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Canada, please go to our Contact page and e-mail us first for availability.   We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Normal delivery is 5-7 business days.  If you wish to have your order rushed or shipped overnight, please go to our Contact page and e-mail us first, we will let you know if the item is available for express delivery.

RETURN/EXCHANGES
We are confident you will be delighted with your purchase.  If you are not, simply contact us for a return authorization number within 10 days of receipt and then return the item(s) insured to The Gingham Bear.  The item(s) must be in the same new condition and original packaging as it was received.  Refunds will be made for the full purchase amount minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.  You will be responsible for all shipping charges on all returned/exchanged merchandise. 

If an item arrives damaged or defective, you should contact The Gingham Bear within 24 hours of receipt.  We will make any necessary arrangements to have the merchandise returned or exchanged. 

You should not return any item without first contacting us.  The Gingham Bear will not be responsible for lost or damaged merchandise returned without our authorization.

CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order if it has not shipped.   Personalized, custom made, special order or built to order items may not be canceled or returned.   All orders returned to us due to refusal of delivery are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges.

SALES TAX
A 6% sales tax will be applied to all taxable items shipped to a Connecticut address.
